Special Design

The flute profile determines the size and resistance of our corrugated board. Size can be selected from standard profiles as: A, B, C, E, Super E, F, etc. But there are also special flute designs, as well as variations in flute depths depending on particular customer demands.

TALLERES AMERICA is not limited to reproducing standard flute profiles; we have the technology to generate with quality special designs satisfying real need of our customers.

When we select certain flute profile we must be very sure about it’s design. The best results for our corrugated board is obtained from flute designs made from known firms in our industry. They take into consideration mechanical properties, but also the take-up ratio that refers to the relation between the use of medium paper and liner paper, put in other words is the proper flute profile to obtain less consumption of paper.
