Langston Company:
The fact which marked the difference.
In 1982 representatives of The Langston Company visited our facilities
in the city of Monterrey and decided to make a joint venture with
the Villarreal family creating LANGSTON AMERICA, S.A. de C.V. The
new company started to manufacture and rebuild corrugating rolls
with machinery sent from Langston’s facilities in Cherry Hill,
New Jersey.
By that time we
applied different steel alloys to our rolls and started to supply
corrugating rolls with special finishes. Chrome plating and Ion Nitration
were some of the most common, being this last surface treatment an
excellent choice for micro flute even today.
Now we have more than 20 years manufacturing and rebuilding corrugating
rolls and spare parts for this sector of the industry. Investment
in machinery and technology gives us the advantage of being able to
